Formatting a solo ad

When you send a solo ad or use do a mailing
using a viral  list  builder  you  will  want  to
format your ad a certain way.

First thing is to come up with a good subject
line. In today's internet marketing world we
are being slammed with email after email.

So we want our ad to stand out in the sea
of emails. Be careful using words like Free
and money as that can trigger spam filters.

Look at what other people are doing when
you are looking at your emails, if a subject
line jumps out at you modify it and use it
on one of your own ads if you can.


Be sure to change it a little straight copy
cat is frowned upon and will give you a
bad reputation.

When you write your ad you want to make
it as short and to the point as you can. If
you can use html do it, bold some of the
words, use color on some of them.

Only use 6 to 10 words per sentence and
try to make the paragraph(s) as small as

will not, they will just scroll to the bottom
and look for the credit link.

Which brings me to my 2nd rule, do not

a much better chance to be read, Because
as they scan the page they cannot help but
see your ad while looking for the credit link.

Anytime the human eye see's words the mind
will read them, it cannot be stopped, go ahead
and try to look at these words and not read.

So use a catchy subject line and keep your ads
as short and to the point as you can.

I did another mailing about 8 days ago, I waited for the Dust to
settle before posting the conversion results.

I used the same page as last time just changed the subject line
and ad copy a little, here are the results.

As always your results will vary with your subject line and ad copy, I had quite a few that
had 1 conversion but wanted to keep it short so just put in the top 10. One thing to keep
in mind is I used the exact same page as last time and still had decent conversions from
the top 10.

Thumbvu is a TE, .92% for a TE is not bad, getting 200 plus hits in a TE is very easy, just
a matter of clicking, did not have a Sweeva campaign this time was saving my credits up
to try for a site of the day.
